Refund Policy for New Ecomm Ventures

Thank you for choosing New Ecomm Ventures. Due to the nature of the digital assets and professional services we provide, our refund policy is as follows. We encourage you to read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Assets

This category includes, but is not limited to, our e-books, playbooks, toolkits, templates, Brand Concepts, and premium domain packages.

  • All sales of digital products are final.

  • Due to the immediate, irreversible nature of digital downloads and access to intellectual property, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

  • We encourage you to review the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a digital product, please contact us at hello@newecommventures.com before completing your purchase.

2. Custom Services

This category includes our "Build a Custom Venture" packages and other consulting services.

  • Our services are governed by a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.

  • Deposits: All projects require a non-refundable initial deposit. This deposit covers our discovery, strategy, and project setup costs.

  • Milestone Payments: Payments for completed project milestones are non-refundable.

  • Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Refunds for partially completed work are at the sole discretion of New Ecomm Ventures.

3. Acquisition of Ready-Made Brands

This category includes our "Brands for Sale" listed in the Marketplace.

  • The purchase of a ready-made e-commerce brand is a significant business transaction governed by a separate, legally binding Asset Purchase Agreement (APA).

  • The APA will outline all terms, conditions, representations, and the due diligence period. Standard e-commerce refund policies do not apply to these acquisitions.

  • All sales are final upon the execution of the APA and the successful transfer of assets.
